Please see below for my full regime, which we recommend.

• Wash (AM & PM) with our Gentle Facial Wash
• Tone after cleansing (AM & PM) with our Clarifying Facial Toner
• Use our Squalane Concentrate (AM & PM) after toning
• Moisturize using our Light Facial Lotion (AM)

Use our Bitter Gel or Aloe Gel as an overnight moisturizing mask (PM) - Bitter Gel if the skin is feeling especially oily, Aloe Gel if the skin is feeling slightly oily.

Once your skin starts to regulate you can either continue using the Aloe Gel as a nighttime moisturizing mask or switch to using our Light Facial Lotion in the evenings too.

Make sure to exfoliate! Use our Exfoliating Facial Scrub 2-3 times a week to ensure you buff away dead skin cells.

Of course, everyone's skin is different; a skincare routine is a personal affair. If you feel like your skin needs a breather from products, that's ok too! Go with a light regime of cleanse, tone, and moisturize until you feel ready to reintroduce the richer serums. It's all about finding YOUR skin's balance.
